Welcome To Oneness & Wellness...

We call this a Good News Show because it focuses on positive news and inspirational stories with interviews about ordinary people who are helping to bring about oneness and wellness in their own communities and beyond.

Our guests come from different walks of life, but what they all have in common is that they are involved in work that impacts the community and society in some positive way. They are literally good news makers!

Each show features an interview with a guest who has an interesting story about something positive they are involved with, followed by information to help us better understand ourselves (mind, body, spirit) and to make healthy changes in our own lives if we choose.  Think of it as adding to your personal lifestyle toolbox.

We are always looking for guests to share their good news and wellness stories with us. If you want to be a guest on the show, or have a topic you would like us to feature, please let us know.  We will also accept youtube videos that highlight the concepts of oneness and wellness. So if you come across one that shows people at their best – please send it our way.

Show Format

The program begins with our guest introduction then followed by an intimate conversation regarding the program topic.

The program closes with NAMASTE which means I honor the peace, light and love in your heart and when I am in that place in me, and you are in that place in you, there is only one of us.

About The Show....

Margo Roman is a local veterinarian who uses various and different modalities for animals that can also be used for humans in the near future.

I signed up for a two session class in music meditation led by David.  I discovered that he uses the practices to arouse and highlight the energy that is within us and all around us.

Ora McGuire came on the show to talk about making and giving away peace cranes as symbols of love to everyone she meets.  Ora is a life embracing peace activist with a positive attitude at the age of 99.
